The international box office saw “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” and “Transformers One” dominate, outperforming “The Wild Robot” in overseas ticket sales.
“Transformers One” led the way with $16.6 million from 61 international territories, while “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” brought in a strong $13.6 million from 77 markets.
“The Wild Robot,” which is strategically releasing in different countries over time, earned $9.86 million from 29 markets.
While “The Wild Robot” was a hit in North America, it saw a significant drop in ticket sales in China, experiencing a 74% decline over the weekend.
