Verizon is trying to get people to work for them, especially those who aren't happy at AT&T.
They're sending emails to AT&T workers, telling them about jobs where they can work from home or sometimes in the office.
AT&T now wants everyone to come to the office every day, but some people don't like that.
Verizon thinks many people would rather work at a place with more flexible options, so they are offering those jobs.
