A long time ago, a ship captain built a beautiful house in Seattle that looked like his home in Norway.
Now, a family wanted a new kitchen, so they asked a design team called Heliotrope to make one that fit the old house.
The new kitchen has a big island, a cozy spot to eat breakfast, and even a garden on the roof!
The new part of the house is made with wood and brick, just like the old part, and it looks really nice in the garden.
