Boeing has admitted to wrongdoing in a deal with the government over the two deadly crashes of their 737 Max airplanes.
They will pay a large fine and invest millions of dollars to make sure their safety procedures are better in the future.
Boeing will be under supervision for the next three years, and a special person will make sure they follow the safety rules.
The company will also meet with the families of the people who died in the crashes to apologize and listen to them.
