Starbucks is changing how they charge for syrups and other add-ins, moving to a simpler flat-rate system for improved efficiency.
Beginning next week, customers in the US and Canada will pay a consistent 80-cent fee for any combination of syrups and sauces.
This new pricing structure is designed to speed up service and potentially reduce overall costs for customers compared to the previous variable pricing.
Along with this, there are also new fixed prices for things like matcha powder and chai, reflecting Starbucks' broader operational adjustments.
