Winter training is like getting super strong for 10 to 12 weeks with lots of throwing practice.
You'll be ready if you can throw the ball many times without hurting your arm; we start close and slowly move farther.
By the end, you should be able to throw lots of balls without pain; then it's time for fun tryouts!
