A man from Iran, named Mohammad, was arrested in Italy because the U.S. wanted him.
The U.S. thought he helped make things used in a bad drone attack that hurt some soldiers.
But Italy said they couldn't send him away because their laws are different from the U.S.
So Mohammad is going home! This happened after Iran let an Italian reporter go free, too.
