Many people got very sick from malaria last year, sadly making almost 600,000 people die.

The bad bugs that cause malaria are getting stronger, and big storms are making it worse.

Most of the sickness was in Africa, with over 260 million people affected last year.

We need more money and better ways to stop malaria from making people sick and dying.
