Rapper Lil Durk, whose real name is Durk Devontay Banks, got arrested on October 24th in Florida on charges of hiring someone to kill another person.
The charges stem from an indictment that accuses members of Lil Durk's hip-hop group, Only The Family (OTF), of being involved in a murder in 2022.
The indictment alleges that the murder was intended to be a revenge killing for a previous incident in 2020.
It's not clear if Lil Durk's arrest is directly related to the case, but there has been a lot of tension between OTF and another hip-hop group since 2020.
