A group of people who watch over things found that the government isn't checking Boeing's airplanes carefully enough.
They said the government doesn't look at everything Boeing does and isn't doing enough to make sure the planes are really safe.
Boeing has been having some problems lately, like some of their planes crashing or not working properly.
The government is now trying to make sure that Boeing makes their planes much safer.
