Hyundai has released new, less expensive versions of its popular IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6, and Kona Electric vehicles in its home country of Korea.
These new models, called E-Value +, use the same batteries as the standard versions but have some features removed to lower the price.
With government incentives, the starting price for these electric cars is around $22,500, making them more accessible to a wider range of buyers.
It is unclear if these lower-priced trims will be available in other markets, such as the United States, but Hyundai's recent focus on US sales suggests it's a possibility.
