Microsoft has accused Delta Air Lines of exaggerating the software company's role in a major tech outage that caused widespread flight cancellations last month.
In a letter to Delta's legal team, Microsoft claims Delta attempted to shift blame for their own shortcomings onto the tech giant.
Microsoft emphasized that it offered to assist Delta free of charge after the outage, but the airline declined multiple times.
The tech company further suggests Delta's outdated IT infrastructure contributed to their significant disruption, unlike other airlines who recovered more quickly.
