Harvey Weinstein, the former Hollywood producer, will have another trial in November after his original conviction for rape was overturned in April.
The judge, Curtis Farber, is open to starting the trial earlier if Weinstein's lawyers ask, but the date is currently set for November 12th.
Prosecutors are adding new charges related to sexual assault based on testimonies from women who haven't been publicly named yet.
Weinstein, who's been accused by over 100 women, is in jail and will have to face these new accusations in court.
