Redwood Materials, a company that works with batteries, has acquired Redux Recycling in Europe.

This is their second purchase since they started in 2017, founded by someone from Tesla.

Redwood will combine its team with Redux's team to become bigger and better.

Redwood Materials is growing fast and received lots of money to keep growing.
