Donald Trump used a song called 'Electric Avenue' in a video for his campaign, but he didn't ask the singer, Eddy Grant, if he could use it.
The judge said that Mr. Trump was not allowed to use the song without permission and he has to pay Mr. Grant for using it.
The video was watched by many people, but it was taken off of Twitter.
Mr. Grant was really upset because he is the one who wrote and sings the song, so he went to court to make sure no one else could use it without asking him.
