Learn English: New Homes on Old Train Tracks! (easy)

The grown-ups are building lots of new houses on old train lands, about 40,000 of them!

They'll use old train stations and places where trains used to carry things, making new homes and parks.

This big project will help lots of families get new houses, and help the country grow and become better.

It's a really exciting plan, but we need to make sure there are enough schools and hospitals nearby.
