Ukraine's intelligence service publicly announced the killing of two Russian agents responsible for assassinating Colonel Ivan Voronych.
Voronych, a high-ranking Ukrainian official, was fatally shot in Kyiv's broad daylight parking lot earlier this week.
The agents, operating under FSB orders, meticulously planned the assassination, studying Voronych's routine before carrying out the attack.
Following a swift counterintelligence operation, the SBU found and killed the agents who resisted arrest and opened fire.
