Venus and the Golden Gate of Stars

This week, the planet Venus will make a dazzling passage through the so-called 'Golden Gate' of the Ecliptic, a region between two star clusters.

The Golden Gate is defined by the Hyades and Pleiades star clusters in the Taurus constellation, located along the ecliptic, the sun's apparent path.

From July 8th onwards, Venus will move across this celestial pathway, offering a striking contrast with the reddish Aldebaran star by July 12th and 13th.

This celestial event will be visible from both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, providing a fantastic viewing experience for stargazers.
