Ric Flair, a super famous wrestler, can't be at WrestleMania 41 because he's working for another wrestling company called AEW.
His job with AEW helps him share his cool energy and be friends with Sting, another awesome wrestler.
Ric really wishes he could wrestle at WrestleMania, but his AEW contract keeps him from it.
Even though he can't wrestle, Ric will still go to WrestleMania parties and have lots of fun!
