Los Angeles County authorities are searching for two men who removed their ankle monitors and fled reentry programs.
Jose Arroyo, 39, and Deshon R. Daniels, 26, were both participating in a program for inmates nearing the end of their sentences.
Both men had been serving time for second-degree robbery and were discovered missing after tampering with their monitoring devices.
The voluntary program offers employment and housing assistance to help with successful community reintegration upon release.
