After an unexpected eight-month extension, US astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams are finally coming home from the International Space Station.
Their mission, initially planned for only eight days, faced delays due to safety concerns with the Boeing Starliner spacecraft.
A SpaceX Dragon capsule, already docked at the station, will bring them back to Earth, possibly as early as next week.
The extended stay sparked political debate, but the astronauts themselves emphasize their positive experience in space.
