Andrew Scott, a famous actor, is giving an award to really cool short movies at a big film festival called SXSW!
He's working with Redbreast Whiskey to find the best short movie, and the winner gets some money to make more movies!
Andrew is from Ireland, and lots of Irish actors are getting famous in Hollywood right now; it's super exciting!
He's also bringing back a funny play called 'Vanya,' so he's busy with lots of creative projects!
