Mike Wald and Jason Spivak were promoted to co-presidents of distribution and networks at Sony Pictures Television.
They will now oversee the global distribution of films and TV series, including international cable networks.
This new leadership team will report to Keith Le Goy, who recently became chairman of Sony Pictures Television.
Wald and Spivak bring extensive experience in managing international markets and navigating the evolving home entertainment landscape.
