Malian singer Rokia Traoré will be extradited from Italy to Belgium to face child custody charges.
Italy's highest court rejected her appeal following her arrest in Rome last June on a European warrant.
Traoré had previously received a two-year prison sentence in Belgium for denying her daughter contact with her father.
Her lawyer argues the Belgian legal process violated Italian law and international agreements, highlighting the injustice.
