GSK, a big drug company, is paying a huge amount of money to settle lawsuits about its heartburn medicine, Zantac.
Lots of people claimed that Zantac, which is also called ranitidine, caused them to get cancer.
Even though GSK says there's no evidence linking Zantac to cancer, they're agreeing to pay to avoid more legal battles.
This settlement will cost GSK a lot of money, but it's probably better than facing more trials and potential losses.
