A big group of Russian soldiers fighting for the Wagner group were killed in a surprise attack in Mali.
The attack, thought to be carried out by Tuareg rebels, happened in a dangerous area near the border with Algeria.
There's been lots of fighting in that area recently because of a big disagreement between Mali's government and some groups who want their own country.
The Wagner group has been fighting alongside the Malian army since 2022, but things haven't been going so well for them lately.
