If they get a question wrong, a giant ball drops and sends one of their members into a pool of water below the platform.
The show has been doing pretty well in terms of ratings, so there's a good chance it might get renewed for another season.
But FOX hasn't confirmed anything yet, so we'll have to wait and see if there will be more episodes of The Quiz with Balls.
