US authorities have arrested a man named William Morro for his involvement in the OneCoin crypto scheme.
Morro is accused of transferring millions of dollars from China to Hong Kong and the US as part of a plan to defraud investors.
He has pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud and could face up to 30 years in prison.
OneCoin, founded in 2014, was exposed as a fraudulent scheme in 2015, defrauding investors out of billions of dollars.
