Ivan Turogin and Sergei Potapenko, co-founders of Bitcoin cloud miner HashFlare, have won their appeal against extradition from Estonia to the United States.
The duo is facing 18 charges of fraud and money laundering, but the Estonian court ruled that they cannot be sent to the US due to concerns over the detention conditions there.
The court's decision overturned an earlier order and was based on evidence presented by the defense regarding the conditions of detention in the US.
If convicted in the US, Turogin and Potapenko could each face up to 20 years in prison.
