A 13-year-old boy named Tobie, who is autistic and can't speak, was attacked by a teaching assistant at his special school.
The 20-minute assault was caught on security cameras and showed Tobie being kicked, pushed, and held down.
The attacker, William Clifford, was sentenced to a suspended prison sentence, but Tobie's mother is calling for CCTV in all special schools.
She believes that CCTV would help to protect vulnerable children and provide evidence in cases of abuse.
