Christopher Morgan, a Florida resident, found himself in a predicament after spending several hours hiding in a Walgreens restroom.
Once the store closed, Morgan emerged and helped himself to a feast of snacks, including chips, chocolate, and soda, as well as a pack of cigarettes.
Police arrived at the scene after the store's alarm was triggered and discovered Morgan inside, apprehended him, and found him in possession of stolen goods.
Morgan was arrested for burglary, theft, resisting arrest, and assaulting a police officer, adding to his previous record of petty theft convictions.
