The Madrid-based NGO, Prisoners Defenders, estimates that at least 60,000 inmates endure forced labor with minimal or no pay.
These products, including renowned cigar brands, reach consumers in the UK and across various European nations.
The report calls for international accountability and a ban on goods produced through this exploitative system.
