A big volcano in Guatemala, called Fuego, had a loud boom and started to erupt, sending hot rocks and ash into the air!
Many families had to leave their homes quickly because the volcano was very dangerous and scary.
They all went to a safe place together, like a big party in a town hall, to wait until it was safe to go home.
The volcano is still sleeping now, but people are being very careful and ready for anything.
