Israel's new boss of soldiers, Israel Katz, said that they beat the bad guys from Lebanon called Hezbollah.
They said they won because they stopped the bad guy leader, Hassan Nasrallah, in a big fight on September 27th.
Katz wants to keep pushing the bad guys so they don't come back and wants other countries to help them win.
He hopes Lebanon will become friends with Israel like other countries.
