SunPower, a company that makes solar panels, is having some big problems and is going to close down.
But don't worry if you have SunPower panels on your house! Another company, called Maxeon, will make sure your panels keep working for a long time.
You just have to go to Maxeon's website and tell them you have a SunPower panel so they know to help you.
So even though SunPower is closing, your solar panels will still be safe and work like they should!
