Dean Norris, known for his role as Hank Schrader in 'Breaking Bad', has been promoted to a series regular on 'Law & Order: Organized Crime'.
He will play Elliott Stabler's brother, Randall, who will be featured in most, if not all, episodes of Season 5.
Randall first appeared in Season 4, helping care for their mother, and his strained relationship with Elliott stems from a past event involving their father.
The news comes as 'Law & Order: Organized Crime' moves exclusively to Peacock, the streaming service of NBCUniversal.
