Riot Games has added a new League of Legends server for players in the Middle East, called the MENA server.
This means that players in the region can now experience lower ping and better performance while playing.
To switch to the MENA server, you need to go to the in-game store, find the 'Account' section, and select the 'Transfer to Middle East' option.
It's really cheap to transfer until September 3rd, but after that, you'll have to pay a small fee.
