Tesla is facing a lawsuit from the family of a worker who passed away at Gigafactory Texas last week, with the suit alleging that the worker's death was caused by electrocution.
The lawsuit, filed on Thursday, claims that the worker, Victor Gomez Sr., was instructed to examine electrical panels before they were supposed to be powered on.
The family alleges that one of the panels was already energized, leading to Gomez's electrocution and subsequent death.
Tesla has yet to respond to the lawsuit, and OSHA is currently investigating the incident.
